Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy will apply. To cancel an order:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to your order history
  • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • Click the "Cancel Order" button
  • You will receive confirmation of your cancellation via email

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
  3. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA number)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Sale items are only eligible for store credit
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank as processing times vary
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at the information provided below

When contacting us about a missing refund, please have the following information ready:

  • Your order number
  • The date of your return
  • The shipping carrier and tracking number (if applicable)
  • Your original payment method details
